NOTE:  If Intel PROSet is required, please obtain SoftPaq Number SP31682. Note
that Intel PROSet is only required for users who require advanced user profile
management, single-sign-on capabilities, advanced diagnostics, or access to
wireless networks that use Cisco Compatible Extensions. Home and small
office/home office (SOHO) users typically do not need this application.

ENHANCEMENTS:  
- Provides Intel PRO/Wireless 2200 and Intel PRO/Wireless 2915 Network
  Connection driver Version 9.0.3.9, which: 
      - Has been tested for use with Intel PROSet 10.0.
      - Fixes issue where an Intel PRO/Wireless 2200 b/g card may show an "Out
        Of Range" error message after trying to connect to a channel 13 Access
        Point.
      - Fixes encryption issue that may occur when using WPA2-TKIP, WEP, and 
        WPA-AES, WEP, and AES+TKIP+WEP Access Points.
      - Fixes an issue with the AT&T virtual private network (VPN) and chaining
        that occurs when a user upgrades from Intel driver version 9.0.1 to
        Intel driver version 9.0.2.
      - Fixes issue where an incorrect protected extensible authentication
        protocol (PEAP) password may cause a user to be locked out of a
        domain.

 - Provides Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter driver version
   1.2.4.35, which:
      - Includes support for Cisco Compatible Extensions 2.0 (software 
        supplicant required).
      - Includes support for EAP-FAST.
      - Includes 802.11i and WPA2 support.
      - Fixes an intermittent issue with the Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 and 
        suspend/hibernate operations that occurs with the HP Compaq Tablet PC
        tc1100.

PREREQUISITES:  
- Systems with Intel PRO/Wireless 2200 Network Connection and Intel PROSet
  Software: 
  If Intel PROSet software is installed and the installed version is earlier
  than version 9.0, it is recommended that the Intel PROSet software be
  uninstalled before upgrading the driver. If the Intel PROSet software is
  required, install Intel PROSet 10.0 software (available in SoftPaq Number
  SP31682) after the driver is upgraded.   

- Systems with the Intel PRO/Wireless 2100: 
  If Microsoft Wi-Fi protected access (WPA) support for Microsoft Windows XP
  Zero Configuration Service is required (refer to Microsoft Knowledge Base
  Article 815485), and if the current Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 3B Mini PCI
  Adapter for Microsoft Windows XP driver version is version 1.1.6.0, install
  this SoftPaq before installing the update in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article
  815485.

HOW TO USE:  
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
