DESCRIPTION: |
This package creates files that contain the HPQFlash utility and a binary image of the System BIOS (ROM) for the listed notebook models with a 68YAF Family ROM. The HPQFlash utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS on PCs operating in a Microsoft Windows Operating System environment. NOTE: To determine the ROM family and ROM date, press F10 on the target notebook during startup to run the Setup Utility, and then view File/System Information. |

- For HP Compaq nw9440 Mobile Workstations, the NVIDIA graphics driver must be updated BEFORE installing the F.17 or newer BIOS upgrade to ensure appropriate functionality. Download and install HP SoftPaq SP33837 (or later) titled, "NVIDIA Workstation Graphics Driver" from the HP website BEFORE installing the F.17 or newer BIOS SoftPaq. |

HOW TO USE: |
