NOTE: The SoftPaq checks to determine if the notebook has been upgraded from a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System to a Microsoft Windows Vista Operating System. If the notebook operating system has been upgraded, the firmware is installed. If the notebook operating system has not been upgraded, the firmware is not installed. 1.
